大华府地区 TYCon 假日聚餐联谊 – 大华府清华校友会

TYCon 的 DMV 地区成员12月13日在校友餐馆 RH Bistro 举办了一场联谊晚餐会。活动汇聚了来自华盛顿特区、马里兰和弗吉尼亚地区的 TYCon 成员，还有几位大华府地区清华校友会的理事到场支持，为当晚活动增添了温暖的陪伴与鼓励。

联谊活动从大家轻松的自我介绍开始，伴随着菜品在餐桌间轮流分享。来自不同学业与职业背景的参与者真诚、自然地展开交流。参与活动的 TYCon 成员涵盖初中生、高中生、本科生、研究生以及刚步入职场的青年，充分体现了本地华二代在年龄与经历上的多样性。

随着晚餐继续，话题也从简单介绍延伸到学校体验、职业路径以及旅行经历等。大家还就 TYCon 进一步加强区域联结、后续活动组织（包括即将开展的各城市聚会）交换了想法与建议。

这次聚餐为 DMV 地区 TYCon 社区成员提供了一个面对面相聚的机会，让大家在交流观点的同时加深彼此了解，建立起能够延续到活动之外的联系与友谊。

The Tsinghua Youth Connect (TYCon) DMV community came together for a regional dinner meetup held as a family-style gathering at a local restaurant, RH Bistro. The event brought together second-generation members from across the Washington, D.C., Maryland, and Virginia area, along with a few board members from the Tsinghua Alumni Association in Greater Washington, D.C. who joined to support the evening.

Attendees began the night with informal introductions as dishes were shared around the tables. The family-style format created a relaxed environment that made it easy for participants from different academic and professional backgrounds to engage in conversation. The group included middle school and high school students, college students, graduate students, and early-career professionals, reflecting the wide range of ages and experiences within the local Gen2 community.

As dinner continued, conversations naturally moved beyond introductions to topics such as school experiences, career paths, and travel experiences. Participants also exchanged thoughts on TYCon’s ongoing efforts to strengthen regional connections and organize future activities, including upcoming city meetups.

Overall, the dinner provided an opportunity for members of the DMV TYCon community to connect in person, exchange perspectives, and build relationships that extend beyond a single event.

美国大华府地区清华校会 (Tsinghua Alumni Association in Greater Washington DC) 历史悠久，于20世纪六十年代由早年留学美国的西南联大校友创立。校友会包括了北京清华和新竹清华两个校区的校友。自1992年以来，大批北京清华的校友加入校友会，并开始成为主力担任本地校友会的工作。2016年底，大华府校友会注册成功501(c)(3)非营利性组织，服务于在美国首都华盛顿地区工作学习的清华校友。为了促进清华校友之间以及和其他高校校友会的联系和交流，校友会定期举办各种活动，如信息讲座，文艺演出，体育比赛，社交晚宴等。
